Common questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
KinetiqLoop Premium subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions > KinetiqLoop > Cancel Subscription. You can also manage subscriptions from Apple's subscription management screens. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
How do I request a refund?
App Store purchase refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple ID used for the purchase.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Profile > Privacy & Data > Delete Account. This permanently removes your KinetiqLoop account data from active backend systems, including profile data, plans, workout sessions, progress metrics, subscriptions, purchases, and affiliate-click records.
Account deletion does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription. Cancel your subscription through Apple if you no longer want to be billed.
I forgot my password
Open KinetiqLoop, tap Sign In, then tap Forgot password? If the reset email does not arrive, check spam and then email support@kinetiqloop.app from the address on your account.
If the email is delayed, support can help confirm the account and get you back in.
The app says it cannot reach the server
Check your internet connection and try again. If the issue continues, email support with the screen you were on, the time it happened, and whether you were on Wi-Fi or cellular data.
What is Visual Anatomy Intelligence?
Visual Anatomy Intelligence is a Premium feature that turns completed workouts into muscle-load, recovery, imbalance, and next-workout guidance. It is designed for fitness education and recovery planning, not medical diagnosis or treatment.
How do notifications work?
Workout reminders, weekly progress reminders, program session reminders, and recovery-ready alerts are local notifications scheduled on your device. You can turn them on or off in Profile > Notifications or in iOS Settings.
How do I connect Apple Health?
Open Profile and follow the Apple Health card, or enable Health access when prompted on Home or Progress. KinetiqLoop reads recovery signals on-device and may write completed workouts and active energy back to Health when you finish a session. Manage permissions anytime in the Apple Health app.
What are custom workouts and the Exercise Library?
Premium subscribers can build custom workouts with their own exercises and log them like catalog sessions. The Exercise Library offers guided single-exercise sessions with prescriptions. Both sync to your account when you are online.
How do I turn off analytics?
Go to Profile > Privacy & Data and disable Share usage analytics. See the Privacy Policy for what we collect.
How do I contact support from the app?
Profile > Help & Support opens an in-app form. You can also email support@kinetiqloop.app.
How do I report a bug or request a feature?
Email support@kinetiqloop.app with the details. Screenshots are helpful if the issue is visual.
